About Me
I am a Colombian-born relationship therapist and sexologist, now based in Oslo. I moved here in 2005 after marrying my Norwegian partner and we have two teenage children together. I have built a practice focused on multicultural relationships. My background is in finance and foreign affairs, with a graduate diploma in economics, yet I chose a path that felt more meaningful: helping people cultivate safer, more connected partnerships. The journey was filled with uncertainty and doubt—common when making big life changes—yet the unwavering support of my wife gave me strength, reminding me that growth often arrives through collaboration and courage.
Witnessing how multicultural couples navigate unique dynamics inspired me to help others find their own voice across cultures. People began seeking my guidance because they saw in my own relationship the possibilities they desired: deeper listening, shared meaning, and more intimate connection.
I strive to be a calm, clarifying voice—an ally who can translate perspectives across Latin American, Scandinavian, and other cultural contexts. I bring practical tools for clearer communication, boundary-setting, and mutual understanding, while honoring each couple’s story.
If you’re navigating a multicultural relationship and want support that respects your lived experiences, I’m here to help you find your own path forward.
