Welcome to Mixed Feelings Counseling, a space inspired by the unique challenges faced by multicultural couples who need help navigating the cultural nuances that shape relationships and intimacy. I specialize in multicultural relationships, particularly (but not exclusively) for couples or individuals from Latin America and Southern Europe with Scandinavian partners. I provide counseling services in English, Spanish, and Norwegian, and am a certified sexologist and relationship therapist from Sexologiskolen in Denmark.

Being from Latin America and after 25 years with my Norwegian partner and two teenage children, I understand the joys and challenges of cross-cultural love; from the first kiss to raising a bicultural family. From couple sessions to sex therapy and cross-cultural communication work, I’m here to guide you with warmth, empathy, and evidence-informed care.
